Happy Friday everyone! ! Today was my first day back running from a knee injury and there was no way a little rain was going to keep me from it. Got to love my running partner who never ceases to amaze me. She's always ready to get out there and get it done. She keeps me motivated and smiling the whole way. Everyone needs that one person you can count on in rain or shine to run by your side. Thanks Amanda!

Way to get out there even in the rain!! I'm in Minnesota and it is way to cold right now to run outside :( I wish it was warm!
